Kristen Willams and her partner founded Williams Weyand Law, LLC to represent those individuals affected by government investigations, disciplinary proceedings, or mistakes effectively navigate and mitigate the adverse consequences of those actions. We help individuals defend against founded or substantiated dispositions or defend professional licenses. And when necessary, we file civil actions on behalf of abuse and crime survivors for proper compensation. After more than a decade working from the inside, we learned the system doesn’t always work as it should. And when the government doesn’t work as it should, the consequences are often devastating. Careers and lives can be destroyed.
